Announcing the CHD Specialty License Plate Presented by RaeRae!

The unveiling of the new CHD Specialty License Plate at Phoenix Children’s Hospital! RaeRae of Light® worked with state legislators, and Arizona Governor Doug Ducey signed this bill in April of 2021. We then worked tirelessly on the perfect design! There is a plate fee of $25 through the Arizona Department of Transportation which $17 of each plate will directly go to the Phoenix Children’s Center for Heart Care.

"The heart center at Phoenix Children's is grateful to the Norris family and RaeRae of Light® for making the CHD specialty license plate possible.  This is an incredible opportunity.  We are grateful for their generosity and that of all who purchase the license plate.  This will give hope to families and save lives by providing access to nationally recognized pediatric cardiac care.  We aim to leverage the latest technology at the Heart Center to achieve the best possible outcomes"  Daniel A. Velez, MD, Co-Director, Heart Center; division chief cardiac surgery.
